IDSA Monster Draws Final Statement
19th February 2009

FINAL STATEMENT

We wish to final update our members and friends who are involved in the IDSA Monster Draws in association with Ráthcairn Parish Development, Co. Meath.
As a result of the meeting last week with Ráthcairn Rep., we have worked out an agreement that should be welcomed by all our ticket holders.

We missed the first draw (27 January) due to confusion between other clubs involved who could not sell their quote at a last minutes decision they went ahead, we had not sufficient time to put our tickets in the Draw through no fault of ours.
Ráthcairn have new agreed to our request for a deal as following, we will travel up on 27 February with our tickets and place them in the drum. Then IDSA will be asked to draw the first 10 prizes including the Car or €10,000 etc. We will also take part in the March & April Draws. Ráthcairn will then give our ticket holders a free ticket for the next series (October, November, December ’09 & January ’10) Draws. I insist we got tickets and fill in all the names of our ticket holders. You may come to office to check out your new free ticket.

The IDSA Committee are happy with that and will keep a close watch on every Draws.

We have engaged legal advice to safeguard our members & supporters tickets.

May I take the opportunity to thank you all for your great support and hope you are successful in the coming Draws.

IDSA President

IDSA Monster Draws Statement

10th February 2009

Statement

We wish to update our members and friends who are involved in the IDSA Monster Draws in association with Raithcairn Parish Development, Co. Meath.

We sincerely regret to inform you that there has been confusion with Rathcairn as to the Draws (4). They have informed us that disputes with other clubs involved have forced confusion of Draw dates.

As a result we have missed the January Draw but will still have Draws on the February 27, March 27 and April 24. We have refused an offer of an extra “free ticket” for all the remaining Draws and want to have our 1 Draw made when they hold the next New Draws after April ’09, as missing the January Draw prevented us having a draw for a Car or €10,000 euro, etc.

We have engaged legal advice to safeguard our members & supporters tickets.

May I take the opportunity to thank you all for your great support and hope you are successful in the coming Draws.

IDSA President
